A new generation needs new leaders, and the UMJC continues to address the need. A quality program under RO'I (Rabbinic Ordination Institute, part of Messianic Jewish Theological Institute) will provide licensure for new, as well as existing, UMJC leaders. The program, to be launched next summer at our annual conference, includes six online academic courses, and four professional development courses which will be offered at conferences and mid-year meetings (beginning next summer-see page 1). The entire course can be completed in two years and is designed to meet the real-life needs of today's leaders.
